He was predeceased by : his son Chad McCarty. He is survived by : his wife Phillis; his children, Charles "Chuck" McCarty of Jesse and Melinda Shaun Wiegmann (John) of Palm Bay; his grandchildren, Devin, Skylar Wiegmann of Norman Oklahoma and Kori (Brett Komahcheet) of Norman Oklahoma; and his cousins, Mark (Rose McCarty) of Jesse and Markus (Markita Runnells) of Jesse, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
