He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hawkins and Dora Jeff Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Joann; his children, Randal Hawkins (Melissa), Brad Hawkins (Marjorie) and Betsy Gibson (Paul); his foster sons, Donnie Worcester and Glen McDaniel; and his sister Dean Vitosh. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
