He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophilus Inslee and Phyllis Mullican Inslee; and his son Luke Thomas Inslee. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Sparks; his sons, Levi Inslee of Fittstown and Jake Inslee of Fittstown; his siblings, Glenn Inslee (Donna) of Connerville, Donald Inslee (Sherry) of Connerville and Susan Crook (Max) of Happyland; his grandchildren, Ryan Inslee, Lexi Inslee and Temperance Inslee; and his friend Mable.
