Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (123 E 13th St, Ada, OK 74820). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Pine Legal Cemetery.
