It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Manuel of Stonewall, Oklahoma, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernie Rack and Ollie Evelyne Yarberry Manuel; and his siblings, Anita Adams, Rebecca Carson, Sharon Earl, George Manuel, Quenton "Roy" Manuel, Glen Manuel, Dennis Manuel, Geary Don Manuel (Ernie) and Louis Manuel.
He is survived by : his daughter Kimberly Rae Manuel; and his sisters, Linda Borden, Judy Noland and Kathy Bolton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
