He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Osborne and Madilour Osborne (Adkins); and his brothers, Floyd Osborne and Jackie Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Brandon, Crystal and Douglas; his children-in-law, David and Sandra of Enid, OK; and his children, Clarence, Diane of Byng, OK, Rickie, Beverly of Konawa, OK, Harold and Jennifer of Konawa. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, (Lux, Krew); 4 brothers.
