He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Blackburn and William Blackburn (Bill); his wife Shirley Blackburn; and his sisters, Numa Jean, Anita, Willene and Roberta.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim (Christy) of Stratford, Michael (Andrea) of Stratford and Chad (Kelley) of Stratford. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
