She is survived by: her daughters, Sally Dunn (Steve) of Yukon, Oklahoma, Jennifer Carver (Brad) of Piedmont, Oklahoma and Paula Lewis (John) of Skiatook, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Whitney Dunn, Bryce Carver, Kayden Foster (Matt) and Dominque Dunn; her brother Dan Smith (Michele) of Broken Arrow; and her siblings-in-law, George Phillips (Aline) and Barbara Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
