We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2025, at the age of 82, Donald Ray Wilburn (Stroud, Oklahoma), born in Albany, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman H. Wilburn and Florence Adams Wilburn; and his former wife Janice Beck Wilburn. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wilburn; his daughters, Noelle Sill (Jimmy) and Carrie Sheley (Wes); his grandchildren, Heather Martin (Ryan), Jonathan Sill, Nicolas Sheley (Laura) and Jaelyn Sheley; and his siblings, Bill Wilburn (Fern), Norma Dutton, Linda Eshnaur (Van) and Cindy Ortega (Virgil). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Service - Stroud (504 N 8th Ave, Stroud, OK 74079). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Assembly of God (410 N 2nd Ave, Stroud, OK 74079).
