We announce the death of Mary Katherine Egan (Stroud, Oklahoma), born in Circleville, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2026, at the age of 83. Mary Katherine will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Alexander and Juanita Alexander; her siblings, Hazel Parsons and John Alexander; and her daughter Barbara Melson.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kyle Greer, Kristina Greer, Kevin Greer, Justin Greer, Josh Greer, Brittani Baker, Ashlyn Brown, Katherine Williams, Chris Caldwell, Caleb Caldwell, Chelsea Hornberger, Erica Watson, Ryan Watson and Alex Watson.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Service - Stroud (504 N 8th Ave, Stroud, OK 74079). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Stroud (302 W 4th St, Stroud, OK 74079).
