He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Shields and Winifred Shields (Thomas); his siblings, Tommy, Jimmy, Phil, Fred, Ricky, Gary and Diane McMillan; and his son-in-law Lucky Miller.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara Childress; his family Mike; his children, Chris Shields (Stacey) of Bristow, OK, Amber Presley (Josh) of Stroud, OK, Jason (Kari Childress) and Amy Warden (Tim) of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Chapman Shields (Macy), Cooper Shields, Cyler Shields, Kale Miller (Kasey), Logan Miller, Carly Miller, Kolton Childress, Kaitlynn Childress, Conner Cooper, Caydence Cooper, Raelynn Warden and Lynleigh Warden; and his siblings, Leslie Shields of Stroud, OK, Sue May of Bristow, OK and Annita Vandever (Mike) of Stroud, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
