As we bid Shari Lynn farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Shari Lynn is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cross and Bessie Mae Cross (Powers); her granddaughters, Emma and Blayre Koch; and her pet Brutus.
She is survived by: her children, Elton Koch (Chyloe) and MaLynn Gilman; her sister Sandy Cross; and her grandchildren, Lexi and Olivia.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Service - Stroud (504 N 8th Ave, Stroud, OK 74079). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Stroud (302 W 4th St, Stroud, OK 74079).
