Frances Kelley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Kelley of Stuart, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie Evelyn Vandeveer (Coffey) and Frank Vandeveer; her husband Howard Kelley; and her brothers, Pat Vandeveer and Charlie Vandeveer.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Kelley (Bo) of McAlester and Tracy Kelley (Kristi) of Krebs; her grandchildren, Ashley Hill and Madison Humphreys; her great grandchildren, Ava Thomas and Aspen Molina; and her sibling's children, Jan Babyak, Lan Vandeveer and Scott Vandeveer. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pryor Cemetery Chapel (33 Co Hwy 1/03, Stuart, OK 74570).
