He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Charles Wayne Warren of Weatherford, TX, Thomas Warren of Granbury, TX, Michael Spann of Houston and Kathy Hines of Ft. Worth; his grandchildren, Cody Jack, Michelle, Kristin, Austin, Elise, Anna, Erika, Jacquline and Madeline; and his siblings, Katie Harrell (Mark), Mona Taylor (Leland), Linda Gentry, Johnny Lee Warren (Brenda) and Michael Warren. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
