With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darla Jean Higgins (Sulphur, Oklahoma), born in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 18, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Norris and Wilda Fern Green (Reynolds). She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her children, Jessica Thomasson (Coll) of Davis, Darren Higgins (Michelle) of Midwest City, Austin Higgins (Shelby) of Wynnewood and Huston Higgins (Angie) of Findlay, OH; her grandchildren, Randon, Kirby, Breken, Jaxon, Maverick, Eli, Braxton, Hollie, Hartley, Nash and Hayes; and her siblings, Ferna Ward of Plano, TX, Diane Grove of Wichita, KS and Jesse Green of Wynnewood.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Hale's Funeral Home (202 S 4th St, Davis, OK 73030). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crossway First Baptist Church (2108 W Broadway Ave, Sulphur, OK 73086).
