She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lowe and Betty Jo Foster (Randall); her son James Curtis Lowe; and her brothers, George Hodge and Randy Hodge.
She is survived by: her daughter Joann Hughs; her grandchildren, Kayanna Immon, Sandra Fretwell, Anthony Fretwell, Wyatt Bailey and Leon Lowe Jr.; her siblings, Eric Lowe, Mary Mace, Kathy Hodge and JoArtis Smith; and her nieces, Tamara Hamilton and Erica Kay Foster. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
