He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Blevins and Edna Blevins; and his brother Wesley Blevins. He is survived by: his children, Brandy Roller (Quinton) of Sulphur and Denver Blevins (Amber) of Verden; his grandchildren, Kennedy Collazo (Matt), Kayte Raye Chebultz (Adrian), Oakley Graves and Stetson Blevins; his great grandchild Jeb Collazo; his brother Tony; and his sister-in-law Juanita Blevins of Globe, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
