He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell G. Birch and Betty Lucille Birch (Chadwick); his wife Linda Dell Cash; his brother Charles Gene Birch; and his sister-in-law Jackie Birch.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Birch and Kelly Birch; his granddaughter Casha Dale Birch; his great grandchild Danni Jo Dale Birch; his niece Nicki Nowlin (Wendall); his nephew Jerry Charles Birch (Shelia); and his brother-in-law Carl "Corkey" Cash. He is also survived by numerous great nieces & nephews, and cousins.
