He is survived by: his wife Glenna Raper; his son Dusty Raper (Andrea); his granddaughters, Hannah Raper and Hadley Raper; and his brother David Raper (Janie). He is also survived by friends; and numerous extended family.
His distinguished coaching career earned him induction into the Oklahoma Coaches Hall of Fame, a fitting recognition of his lasting contributions to Oklahoma athletics and education.
