He was predeceased by: his parents, Etta Malloy (McDaniel) and Ernest Lee Malloy; his wife Patsy Malloy (Dunn); and his brothers, Berlin, Bob and Wendell.
He is survived by: his son Michael Lowell Malloy (Letha) of Byng, OK; his sister Ola Fay Trent of Stratford, OK; and his grandchildren, Jessica and Dyana.
