He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Holt (Christy Holt), Ben Holt, Doug Holt, David "Rick" Holt (Becky), Tina and Taniera; his siblings' children, Kade Phillips, David B. Holt, Forest Holt, Tara Westbrook (Tasha Holt) and Courtney Holt; his grandchildren, Maddison Gerdes, Natalie Gerdes, Weldon Holt and David Smallwood; and his friend Phyllis Jean Jackson.
