He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Edgar Smith and Lena Mae Smith (Pearce); his grandmother Lena; his wife Lola Faye Smith; his son Allen Smith; and his siblings, Raymond Smith, Evelyn England, Ernestine Cleary and Kathleen Jordan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Stone of Archer City and Lisa Whitlock (Clayton B. Whitlock Jr.) of Wewoka, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Christy Beauchamp, Antonio Flores Jr., Genevieve Merriman, Wayne Flores, Samuel Flores, Graham Smith and Harley Derrett. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other friends and family.
A graveside service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Elmore City Cemetery.
