She was predeceased by: her parents, Mick William Austin and Bertha Myrle McDaniel Austin; her husband Allen C. Elliott; and her siblings, Melvin Austin, Dale Austin, Carol Austin, Forest Austin, Tom Austin and Zelma Lou Austin.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Allen Elliott (Jill) and Ruth Elliott Poteete (Fred); and her caregivers, Chelsie, Clint Rogers, Bowen, Lakely, Dawan Blackmon and Sudie Mills. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, two sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Hart Funeral Home- Tahlequah (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery (1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
