He is survived by: his wife Karen Monkls; his children, Chris Monks (Helene), Suzanne Pullen (Chuck), Tamara Monks and Karrie Girdner; his siblings, Randy Burdick, Linda Blair (Keith) and Kathy Worshum; his grandchildren, Amber Monks, Katherine Monks, Elana Monks, Miranda Monks, Hadleigh Pullen, John Monks, Mason Monks, Allison Smith and Isaac Monks; and his great grandchildren, Stryder Smith and Isla Smith. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and a host of friends.
