He is survived by: his wife Debbie Whitley Harvey of Hulbert; his daughters, Dana Harvey of Eufaula and Michelle Gregory (Kevin) of Eufaula; and his siblings, Harl Harvey, Austin Harvey, Conley Harvey, Ivan Harvey, Robert Harvey, Keith Harvey and Carol Ann "Sissy" Spradlin. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
