She was predeceased by: her father Bennie Smith; and her brother Russ Smith. She is survived by: her mother Louella Smith (Jones); and her siblings, Doris Moore, Alan Smith, Ferlin Smith, Carolyn Ochoa, Aaron Smith, Jeff Smith and Gabe Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Hart Funeral Home (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
