He is survived by : his mother Lois Rick of Kansas, Oklahoma; his siblings, Cory Reed (Janie), Arminda Crisp (Vincent Of Kansas) and Tildee Norton of Collinsville; and his nieces and nephews, Charlie of Bixby, Mitchell of Glenpool, Mason of Glenpool, Oklahoma, Olivia of Kansas, Ardis Crisp of Edmond and Montana Norton of Collinsville, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
