He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Ann Garner; his sisters, Dana Kelley and Alexis Kelley; his stepbrothers, Jacob Kirk and Chris Kirk; his nephew Dylan Elkins; his niece Elaina Kelley; his great-nieces, Brynlee Elkins and Layla Elkins; and his aunt Pam Elk. He is also survived by his friend, neighbor, and caretaker; and a host of aunts, uncles, family members, and friends.
