He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kelley; his son Dan Wyly of Tulsa; his stepsons, Jonathan Phillips of Tahlequah and Miceal Kelley of Tahlequah; his brothers, Mark Wyly (Susan) of Tulsa, Robert Wyly, John Wyly of Tahlequah and Jim Wyly (Stephanie) of Texarkana; his siblings' children, Kate Wyly-Terral (Sage) of Little Rock and Jake Wyly of Tahlequah; his father-in-law George Walker of Pryor; and his brother-in-law Kenneth McCord of Big Cabin. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
