He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Robert Wade and Helen Ester Robbins Wade; his great grandchild Anatasia Brewer; and his sister Louise Mabry. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae Harrison Wade; his children, Kip Wade (Kim), Scotty Wilkins (Amber), Cindy Lou Norton (Danny) and Angela Duvall; his grandchildren, Jesse Forrest, Lindsey West, April Lowery, Dillon Wade, Julie Clark, Emaly Wilkins, Ethan Wilkins, Ian Wilkins, Emmett Wilkins, Finn Wilkins, Lacey Ann Roberts, Jonathan Brewer and Brooklyn Brewer; his great grandchildren, Kylie Lowery, Kyndall Lowery, Ellie Wade, Jack Wade, Christopher Williams, Landon Williams, Victoria Williams, Audrey Brewer, Evan Brewer and Mary Ann Harris; and his brother Earl Ray Wade. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
