He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bunch and Nancy Bunch; and his sister Katherine Bunch-Sam. He is survived by: his nieces, Kristi Bunch of Tahlequah, OK and Crystal Moss of Stilwell, OK; and his cousins, Cherry Owl-Pritchett of Stilwell, OK and Jennifer Owl of Stilwell, OK.
