He is survived by: his wife Donna Samp; his children, Donnetta Hearn (Earl) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Derek Masingale (Angie) of Broken Arrow and Darien Masingale (Christy) of Bend, Oregon; his grandchildren, David Hearn (Summer) of Tulsa and Emily; his great grandchildren, Mae, Jordan, Carter, Warren, Gracelyn, Aiden, Caroline, Madison, Waylon, Easton, Bentley, Emmett, Jaxson, Zion, Paisley, Piper and Prezton; and his siblings, John Samp and Barbara Chupp of Texas City, Texas. He is also survived by Numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
