He is survived by: his children, Kaci (Travis Coffman) and Dewayne (Lakeila O'Fields); and his grandchildren, Makayla O'Fields, Krisslyn O'Fields, Mariah O'Fields, Kymbrie Coffman, Masey Coffman and Kaylie Coffman.
