He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ballard; his sons, Gary Ballard (Rose) of Peggs and Brian Mark Ballard of Pryor, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Cody Christopher King Ballard of Tahlequah and Lily Mae Ballard of Fernandina Beach, Florida; and his sisters, Stella Anderson of Seligmon and Deloris McGowen of Choctaw, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
