He is survived by: his significant other Jo Ann Lamb; his daughter Angela Foreman of Oaks; his grandson Derek Turtle (Amber Verett) of Oaks, OK.; his great grandchildren, Jayden Bluebird of Oaks, OK and Brooklyn Woolman of Jay, OK.; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Horn (Guy) of Tahlequah, OK, Edgar Lamb (Iva) of Rose, OK and Jerry Hart of Morris, OK..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reed-Culver Chapel (117 W Delaware St, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eben Ezer Church (318 W Main St, Oaks, OK 74359).
