He was predeceased by : his parents, Jay Dee Blevins and Elsie Mae Blevins. He is survived by : his siblings, Larry Blevins (Gail), Mike O'Neal (Jan), Russell O'Neal, Jaylena "Sherry" Blevins and Jeanie Sanders (Kenneth). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
