He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Carroll (David) and Mona Brown (Jerry); his siblings, Judy Phillips, Paul Phillips and David Phillips; his granddaughter Catheryn Jennings; his half-siblings, Billy Jack Burge, Dale Phillips, Jimmy Phillips and Gayle Phillips; and his extended family Richard W. Smith (family: Robert, Tasha Miller, Cooper Green).
