Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel at Forever Memories Funeral Services, Inc. (463505 OK-101, Sallisaw, OK 74955). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
