He is survived by: his mother Teresa Francine Spence (Lollis) of Bixby, OK; his siblings, Shohn Michael Johnson of Tulsa, OK and Alesha Francine Pippin (Cliff) of Bixby, OK; his close friend Keith "Eppie" Andrews of Tulsa, OK; and his pet Lucy Lou.
