He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Cecil Mahaney and Gladys Faye Johnston Mahaney; his brother James Ray Mahaney; and his sister-in-law Billie Mahaney (Thelma James Mahaney). He is survived by: his wife Flo Bullard Mahaney; his children, Debra Scott (Gene), Alan Mahaney (Kim) and Heather Mahaney Stein; and his stepchildren, Shelbey Andrews, Robert Thompson and Kim Davis (David). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren with one more on the way, 7 step-grandchildren, 13 step-great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
