With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Louella Smith of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 1, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Reeder Jones; her husband Bennie Smith; her children, Russ Smith and Connie Smith; and her siblings, Deertrack, Jerry Jones and Eliza Bluebird.
She is survived by: her mother Carrie Jones (Candy); her children, Doris Moore, Alan Smith (Claudia), Ferlin Smith (Darcy), Carolyn Ochoa (Sam), Aaron Smith, Jeff Smith (Courtney) and Gabe Smith (Amanda); and her brothers, Charlie, Ronnie, Leroy and Levi Jones. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Hart Funeral Home- Tahlequah (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
