He was predeceased by: his father Norman Carey. He is survived by: his mother Velma Maldonado (Rock); his daughter Salea Rock; and his siblings, Aaron Rock (Dana King), Freddy Ramiriez, Jeremy Rock, Joseph Belacruz (June Bug), Leno Maldonado, Jr., Arnita Scott (Bradley), Juanita Rock (Ben Harrison) and Anita Whorton (Morgan). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins, and a host of friends.
