He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Turtle of Oaks, David Turtle of Oaks, Tommy Turtle (Georgia) of Kansas, Oklahoma, Lena Rogers of Kansas and Ronda May of Plattsburg, Missouri; his siblings' children, Kevin Chane Rogers, Brandi Sanders, Dustin Rogers, Karla Welch, Kody Welch and Chaney Bendabout; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor Armbrister, Katlin Foreman, Kaden Rogers, Tamara Gilmore, Dewayne, Landon Fields, Tristan Anglin, Ashlynn Welch, Spencer Bendabout, Isabella Bendabout, Lawson Welch, Hunter Sanders, Jaxon Rogers and Amiah Rogers.
