He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Smith and Alta Smith; and his son Danny Smith (Audjoy Smith). He is survived by: his spouse Audjoy Smith; and his children, Angie Papin (Paul) of Tahlequah, Cheryle Johnson (David) of Park Hill, Oklahoma, Darrell Smith (Lisa) of Eldon and Richard Smith of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great grandchildren, extended family, and many dear friends.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hart Funeral Home- Tahlequah (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the Tahlequiah City Cemetery.
