She was predeceased by: her mother Cynthia Mayfield (Salini); her siblings, Dylan Smith of Tahlequah, Scarlett Smith of Tahlequah and Sara Mayfield; and her grandmothers, Gina Baldasare of Tahlequah and Mahine Salini.

She is survived by: her father Brandon Smith of Oklahoma; and her grandfather Troy of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by aunts and uncles and cousins.
