She was predeceased by: her mother Cynthia Mayfielin (Salini); her siblings, Dylan Smith of Tahlequah, Scarlett Smith of Tahlequah and Sara Mayfield; and her grandmothers, Gina Baldasare of Tahlequah and Mahine Salini.
She is survived by: her father Brandon Smith of Oklahoma; and her grandfather Troy of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by aunts and uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Reed-Culver Chapel (117 W Delaware St, Tahlequah, OK 74464).
