He is survived by: his wife Rita; his sisters, Jean Rensvold and Yvonne Morrall; his children, John (Jerri Heath) and LaDonna Peacock; his grandsons, Jarred Heath, James (Megan Heath) and Eric Peacock; and his great grandchildren, Valerie, David and Noah Heath.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Cowboy Country Fellowship (4012 US-169, Talala, OK 74080).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cherokee Nation Scholarship Fund.
