We announce the death of Betty Linker (Talihina, Oklahoma), who passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 81. Betty will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Melton and Maggie Melton (Alvis); her son Paul Ray Linker; and her siblings, Paul Melton, Joy Lamb and Mae Faulk.
She is survived by: her husband Harlan Linker; her daughters, Dana Trueblood (Danny) and LeAnna Linker; her grandchildren, Dani Andrews (Dustin), Shelby Wilcox (Justin), Kayla Bidleman (Tucker), Jacie Dickerson (Austin), Matthew Linker, Takota Linker, Aspen Linker, Avery Linker and Kenzie Linker; her great grandchildren, Daxtyn, Daphne, Jaxon, Austin, Gannon, Sydnee, Casen, Brooks, Lennon and Hollyn; and her sisters, Eva Lee McCormick and Virgie Fitzgerald. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
