It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Gail Dancer of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, born in Delmar, Alabama, who passed away on May 2, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Vickery and Ruth Vickery (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Bobby Dancer; her daughters, Barbara Holbrook (Tommy) of Mountain Home, AR, DeAnna Taylor of Tecumseh and Kristie Cobb (Frank) of Tecumseh; and her brothers, Jack Vickery (Shirley) of Slaughterville and Donnie Vickery (Brenda) of Tecumseh. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends.
