She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Stanley" Smith and Cora Smith (Stice); her husband JD Buttram; and her siblings, Ernie, Gary, Lonnie, Ruth and Goldie.
She is survived by: her friend Jesus; her children, Larry, Diana Buttram and Kathy Dickson; and her grandchildren, Sarah Barham (Jeff), Patrick Buttram (Kelly), Sarah Anne Buttram, Kendra Sandlin (Gage), Chris Dickson (Macie) and Kevin Dickson. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and countless other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (210 W Walnut St, Tecumseh, OK 74873). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (1005 Kimberly Rd, Tecumseh, OK 74873).
