He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Devaill and Ruth Devaill (Davis); his wife Billie; his sons, Ricky Hambay and Roger Hambay; and his siblings, Beverly, Linda and Larry.
He is survived by: his daughter Theresa White; his grandchildren, Jacquie Nehl, Scott, Esmeralda White, Kyla and Brandon Dunn; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Hailey, Paige, Bryson, Mason and Tara; and his close friends, Robert and Sue Fellows. He is also survived by 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (210 W Walnut St, Tecumseh, OK 74873). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Cooper Funeral Home Chapel (210 W Walnut St, Tecumseh, OK 74873).
